  Looking for someone to share a 2BR townhouse with in Cambridge Square on Madison Ave. Complex offers a pool, game room, club room , fitness center, etc and is in a great location. ~1 away from the Rotunda/Grounds and close to the Corner and Barracks Plaza. Off street parking included. Small yard and patio in the backyard. Complex was recently remodeled and has in unit washer/dryer.
  
  Ideal roommate is a fellow male, UVA, Graduate Student. I am in the MSE program in the E-school myself. I’m originally from upstate NY and have lived in Boston and Cincinnati as well. I’m a car guy, movie buff, foodie, and a big UVA Bball fan.
  
  Apartment is on the IL/OL Bus line. Lease starts in late July. Rent is just over $550
