Hi guys, my roommate and I are graduating early so we will have two rooms in a 3 bed 1 bath apt on JPA available for lease takeover (females only please) starting January 2021 and ending in August! If you wanted to stay past August you could also renew the lease. One bedroom is about $640 per month and the smaller one is about $590. Awesome location, is within a 8-10 minute walk anywhere on grounds and close to the hospital as well. Washer/dryer in unit and free parking available. I will be selling all of my bedroom furniture so if you want the lease and the furniture, that can be arranged!
