I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom apartment at Ash Tree Apartments, for $680 per month plus utilities. The room is very spacious, has private screen door to porch, and a private half bath. The apartment is big, with a spacious living room and kitchen, fireplace, and porch. It would come unfurnished, as most of the living room pieces are mine. This would be a lease takeover, and the lease would last until June 24th 2016. Move-in date is flexible.
