UPDATE:
I am actually looking for two people to take over a two-bedroom Oxford Hill apartment. Tours are offered if I get you in touch with the property manager. The lease starts July 23, 2022 and is a 12-month lease. Rent is $1299 for the apartment plus electricity and wifi. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer that has its own fee.
