Apartment Description: Rugby McIntyre’s four bedroom, two bathroom apartment homes offer hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment including the kitchen. There are over-sized windows featured in the expansive living space that provides plenty of natural light. The kitchen features generous cabinet and counter space. There are two full bathrooms, which include pedestal bathroom sinks, updated lighting, and built-in cabinet storage. All four bedrooms provide plenty of space, perfect for accommodating mid- to larger-sized furniture. *All apartments are leased by the full apartment and are not leased by the bedroom. A monthly utility fee covers your apartment’s monthly water, sewer, and trash removal.

Pet Policy: The Rugby McIntyre apartment community invites you to bring your cats!  There is a two-cat limit (unfortunately, the Rugby McIntyre apartment community does not permit dogs).  Monthly pet rent & a one-time pet fee does apply.

Parking Policy: All four-bedroom apartments receive two parking spaces included with rent; parking stickers can be purchased for a small one-time fee of $25 (there is no monthly parking fee!).  Additional parking spaces can be purchased through the Rugby McIntyre parking lottery.
