Pet Policy: The Rugby McIntyre apartment community invites you to bring your cats!  There is a two-cat limit (unfortunately, the Rugby McIntyre apartment community does not permit dogs).  Monthly pet rent & a one-time pet fee does apply.

Parking Policy:  All 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments receive two parking spaces included with rent; parking stickers can be purchased for a small one-time fee of $25 (there is no monthly parking fee!).  Additional parking spaces can be purchased through the Rugby McIntyre parking sign-up.
