The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances as well as a bar area for residents to sit at in some apartments. The bedrooms vary in size; however, all bedrooms provide generous square footage, floor-to-ceiling closets, and over-sized windows. Oxford Hill is pet-friendly, too, so bring your pets! Water, sewer, trash removal & gas for heating/cooking/hot water are all included in a reasonable utility fee!

Parking:  The Oxford Hill community provides ample parking within the community, and guest parking is available as well.  Residents can purchase an Oxford Hill parking sticker for a one-time $50 fee.
