All of the bedrooms in the home are located on the second floor, and they are very similar in size. Each bedroom features a private closet and a large window. Residents of the remodeled townhomes also enjoy a washer & dryer within the home!  There is one classic 3-bedroom townhome that is non-remodeled & more budget-friendly– while there is no washer and dryer located within this non-remodeled home, the community offers a large private laundry facility that is conveniently located steps from your home.  Water/Sewer, trash, and gas (for hot water, heat & cooking) are all included in a reasonable utility fee.

Parking Policy: Cambridge Square provides ample parking for residents within the community, and guest parking is available as well.  Residents can purchase a Cambridge Square parking sticker for an annual one-time $75 fee.
