1.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 48 hours after you have submitted your request. You will need to retain your e-mail confirmation as it will be required in order to receive your parking pass and pay all applicable fees.

2. New residents may obtain a parking pass on the commencement date of their new lease.

3. Renewing residents may obtain a parking pass at any time after receiving the email confirmation.
