COVID-19 Information

For your safety, our maintenance techs and buildings and grounds staff will be checking to make sure your doors are locked and secure if you respond that your apartment is vacant, or if you do not respond.

They, along with our property managers, will be increasing visits to each property, walking hallways, checking around buildings and parking lots, and looking for anything out of the ordinary.

If you have a concern or need assistance with any of the following, please message your Property Manager at and let us know.

  • We can remove trash from your apartment
  • We can throw away perishables in your refrigerator
  • We can check windows to ensure they are locked
  • We can help you to make arrangements for fish, hamsters, etc.
  • We can turn your heating or air conditioning on or off
  • We can look for textbooks and notebooks and send them to you
  • We encourage you to forward your mail to your permanent address while you are away

In order to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus to you, your neighbors, and our employees, we will be making the following changes to how we are addressing maintenance requests.

SERVICE REQUESTS
In order to help minimize the possible spread of the virus, and to maintain the social distancing that the CDC is recommending, we will only be providing maintenance services for emergency and semi-emergency based needs.

Emergencies include (but are not limited to) issues such as burst plumbing or flowing water, rainwater leaks, or security problems. Semi- emergencies include (but are not limited to) issues such as loss of hot water, inoperable stove or refrigerator, and clogged commode. You will find the complete list of emergency and semi-emergency items in your Resident Handbook on your property website.

Please DO continue to call in service requests as you normally would. We will be tracking these work orders and as soon as it is prudent and safe, we will begin contacting residents to let you know that we will be responding to your needs.

YOUR SERVICE TECHNICIANS:
You should expect that our technicians will be performing the following actions when they are in your apartment:
They will sanitize doorknobs and locks when they enter and leave your apartment.
They will sanitize any work area before they begin their service work and after they have completed the work.

YOUR BUSINESS OFFICES:
The office is open at this time, however we are requesting that you address any concerns or questions you have regarding your apartment or lease with the staff via telephone, email, or chat when possible.

YOUR CLUBHOUSE AND AMENITIES:
At this time, the clubhouse and interior amenities will be closed, including the fitness center.

Our utmost concern is the safety of you, our residents, and your property team. We apologize for any inconvenience these changes to our normal service levels may cause and ask you to bear with us as we all work through this extraordinary event.
