Gameday is coming to Charlottesville! UVa vs. UNC 2/27 6:30pm. The show will be broadcast on ESPN from 11 a.m.-noon, and an evening edition will lead into the game’s 6:30 p.m. tip-off. Admission and parking will be free for all fans attending the national pregame show Saturday morning. Gates will open at 9 a.m. and all seating at John Paul Jones Arena is general admission, according to U.Va.
The Fralin Museum of Art latest exhibition “Fish and Fowl” will be on display starting this weekend. The exhbition explores the diverse cultural connotations of feathered and scaled animals and includes paintings, prints and sculptures.
Jake Robertson will be live at The Edge at Wintergreen Resort in Roseland this Friday night. The show will start at 9 pm and you can always grab a bite to eat first at the resort.
If you are an adult and you enjoy a game of pinball, The Charlottesville Pinball League will be getting together to play some pinball, drink craft beer and enjoy plenty of local yummy food. The event will be held at FIREFLY’s with their lineup of classic pinball machines. The fun starts at 6 pm and everyone is welcome.
Graves International Art on Jefferson Street in Charlottesville will be exhibiting Roy Lichtenstein & Company: 20th Century masters of Contemporary Art, from February 25 till May 3. The Graves International Art Gallery is one of the newest Galleries in the area and is well worth a visit. The exhibition will be open from 11 am – 5 pm daily.
