  I am going out of the country in June and am looking for someone to sublet 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment from June 1st to June 30th (preferably female). The apartment is at Oxford Hills and monthly rent is $460 (utilities included, I am willing to pay for internet/electric). You will have your own room and the entire apartment is fully furnished. There is plenty of parking and the apartment is close to 2 UTS bus stops. Please let me know if you are interested!
