I am looking for one or two roommates (girls only, no pets) and the lease starts on July 18, 2023 (12 months). There are two rooms and one bathroom available. I currently occupy the largest room with the attached half-bath. The other two rooms are yours to choose from, and the extra room can be used as an extra office space or whatever you desire (if there is only one person). You will have your own toilet and sink but the shower is shared. The apartment is on the ground floor and is very bright, well-lit, has a balcony, hardwood floors, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. There is street parking, and a parking spot available for Oxford Hill residents. I’ve furnished the common areas but the private rooms are unfurnished.

Pricing:
The rent for the entire place costs 1,842.50 which includes a 110.00 flat rate utilities fee (water, gas). Electricity and wifi are not included in this pricing.
