3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment (all ensuite), with two roommates already in residence. In unit washer and dryer. There is also a spacious living room and additional closet/pantry. No pets. Full kitchen with dishwasher.
Rent is approx. $1200/month. There is also an available parking spot for an additional $100 a month.

Sublet is possible for up to three months, but lease takeover is preferable to ensure you can live in the apartment for the remainder of the lease.
