Hey all, I am looking for someone to sublet my room from February 1 through our lease end (July 17). It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom at Rugby McIntyre and you would be sharing the space with my one roommate and her two adorable cats! It’s within walking distance to UVA grounds and the corner, and a short drive to Barracks or downtown.
The start is flexible, but preferably no later than mid-March as I am having to relocate. Rent is roughly $780 a month, including utilities. Also happy to negotiate furniture arrangements!
