Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 1821 JPA #2 beginning in mid-January/early February until the end of the lease on July 2, 2023. It is a lofted 1 br/1 ba unit, base rent is $1,120/month. I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past 4 years- the building is quiet, my unit is super sunny and has a nice sized porch, and it’s a great size for one person.
