Hi! I’m looking to sublease my 2 bed/1.5 bath apartment at Ash Tree Apartments this summer. It’s less than a 10 min walk to the Corner, and ~15 min walk to the UVA Hospital and Central Grounds. I’m asking for $1300/month but I am open to negotiating! I will be out of town this summer and am looking for someone to sublease from June 1, 2022-August 1, 2022. I will be completely moving out all my furniture and belongings. I have no roommates, so you’d have the whole apartment to yourself!
