Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Kirk, and I am looking for someone to takeover my lease in the Woodrow Townhouses (Apartment 2) ASAP through till the end of the lease – July 15th, 2022. The unit is a two story, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a massive, open-concept kitchen, hardwood floors, private laundry in-unit, and free maintenance. Location-wise, you cannot find a better sot! Woodrow is located directly behind the E-School and centrally located between all dining halls, the Stadium, the Hospital, Central Grounds, and the Corner! Since I have the second largest bedroom (with a large window and good sized closet to boot!), the rent would be $868.67 per month, which includes trash, high-speed internet, water, and a parking spot! Gas and electricity are the only two additional fees, but they never amount to much per month.
