I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for for this January until June 2022. The apartment is part of the Ash Tree apartment complex, and is 2 bed 1 bath (619B Madison Ave). I am the only only currently moving out so you would to live with my current “apartment-mate”. Rent is $1440 total, so you’d pay around half of that or less bc I have the smaller room.
