I am subletting my spacious master bedroom at Woodridge Apartment (310 Commonwealth Court) for Spring and Summer 2022. I am a law student at UVA, but plan to move closer to campus.

The master bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished (all of my furniture were purchased new and I can leave them for you at no extra cost). The room includes a private bathroom. There is also an in-unit laundry room.

Rent is $630 per month with parking included. Utilities cost around 60-80 per month.
