I’m male, working in a lab on medical campus and taking classes at UVA, so I’m not home for much besides eat, sleep, bathe. Looking for a situation less than $800 if we can make it happen!

I’ve got great rental history with landlords and roommates, and I am low-impact besides a love for cooking that can really eat up dishwasher space when I find the time to get into it.
