I currently live in the apartment and I’m looking to renew, but my roommate got a new job so I need someone to fill her spot. I’m a grad student at UVA in the architecture program and would prefer another female graduate student or young professional to live with. LGBTQ+ friendly and non-smoking. We have a cute patio, in unit washer/dryer and lots of natural light. The rooms comfortably fit a queen size bed, desk, and dresser and there are large closets.
