Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Cambridge House for the Fall of 2020 – I am flexible on the dates! It is a renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with updated fixtures. Rent is $1246 + electric and internet. The apartment includes an in-unit washer/dryer and AC. It is within walking distance to grounds, and the apartment is very close to UVA’s inner and outer loop bus stop (a seven-minute bus ride to central grounds). Close proximity to downtown as well! There is a private parking lot for residents only. MSC takes care of all maintenance requests, and they are very fast and responsive. You also will have access to all of MSC’s amenities, including study spaces, printers, and a gym.
It is fully furnished with a premium hybrid mattress and adjustable bed, as well as a desk, couch, reading nook, and conversation area. This is the listing for the apartment when it’s empty: https://livewithmsc.com/property/cambridge-house-apartments-1-bedroom-1-bathroom-apartment-2/, and if you provide your email or contact information, I am happy to follow-up with pictures of what it looks like furnished. I am a female PhD student and am very clean. Apartment is pet and smoking free, but the property does allow cats.
Please let me know if you’re interested!

Hi! My name is Maria, I’m an aspiring medical student moving to the area to be around family and study for a few months. How much does electric and internet typically run? Also, if I have some of my own furniture, would it be possible to store some of yours? Lastly, I’m looking to move mid September thru mid January. Would this work?
Thanks!
Maria
