The room is unfurnished, but it is in a nice location at the bottom of 14th Street.As an Oxford Hill resident, you would have full access to the community pool & free access to the MadHouse clubhouse. The clubhouse is awesome! It offers a gym, tanning bed, resident kitchen, study space, game room, computer room and so much more. There is no additional charge to use the clubhouse. You can simply buy a key fob ($30 one-time fee) and you can use that to access the clubhouse whenever you’d like! The apartment has hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony!The rent for the entire place $1299/monthly with an additional monthly utility fee of $95.00 that covers everything except for your electricity and cable/internet (should you all decide to set that up). So that is $650 monthly for rent and 47.50$ for utilities plus electricity and internet that you will have to set up.
