Hi! I am looking for someone who is interested in moving into the the Cville are for the summer. The apartment is currently occupied by three undergraduate guys at UVA. They are all very nice. I lived in the upstairs loft and shared the room. It was not crammed – it is very spacious! The closets are huge. Also, my portion is very cheap – $335 a month!! Utilities are usually around $35/person and wifi is another $25/month. The apartment is only 1 mile from the corner, 1.5 miles from the rotunda. There is also a bus stop a couple hundred feet from the apartment that runs every 15-20 mins. If interested, let me know!
