I live at Preston Square Apartments and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in early June 2019 until mid-August 2019. Rent is $712.72 plus utilities. The apartment has two floors, and the room is a large room that you would not have to share with anyone else. Comes with an attached bathroom entirely your own and large closet space. It’s a 3BR apartment, so you would be housemates with at least one other person. The apartment is nice, quiet, and comes with its own washer/dryer room. Dishwasher and microwave included in the unit. The MSC clubhouse and fitness center (open 6am-11pm) is across the street. There is a bus stop right across the street and a pool immediately outside the unit. There is a cat (who is very adorable) that will also be in the apartment during the subletting period.
