I am looking to sublet my room at the Pointe for the Spring Semester, so from January-July. The Pointe is located at 230 15th Street, a block or two from the corner & minutes away from grounds. You would be living with 3 other great girls, have never had any issues. Plus the apartment is huge so when you need time to yourself, that isn’t a problem. You would have your own half-bath & share a shower with one roommate. I really wish I could stay, it’s a great apartment! I am willing to pay half of the rent for January since the semester doesn’t start until the 14th.
