Some of the apartments offer hardwood floors, while other units have carpet throughout. There are select unit that will offer you a flex space! (It can be used as a storage room or an office area, whatever you desire)!

Water, sewer, trash removal & gas for heating/cooking/hot water are all included in a reasonable utility fee!

Laundry: Selected units have washer/dryer in the units. There are also 3 laundry facilities on the premises.

Parking: The Oxford Hill community provides ample parking within the city community with available guest parking. Residents can purchase an Oxford Hill parking sticker for a one-time $75 fee.
