I live at Cambridge Square Apartments and am looking for someone, ideally another graduate student or professional, to take over for my current roommate who will be moving out this summer. The apartment is very nice, there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit. It is a 15 min walk to the corner, and there is a UVA bus stop across the street. Rent is $700 plus utilities, which usually comes out to about $50-60 each, though can vary a bit.

A little about me: I am currently a 2nd year medical student who will be graduating in 2021. I’m easygoing and in my free time I like to run, cook/bake and read. I’m not a big partyer, but I enjoy having friends on occasion. I try to keep the house pretty clean, and I have a busy schedule so I usually go to bed/get up on the early side.
