Hi, I am looking for a female resident to take over my portion of my lease. I am currently in a two bedroom apartment with another female student here at UVA. We are in Ash Tree apartments (621 D Madison Avenue) and I am looking to move out by the end of December 2018. The rent is $1420 total, so $710 per bedroom. Not including utilities, which usually amount to $10-20 extra. Cable and electricity you sign up for separately and are not paid through the MSC portal. Parking is $50.
