  Hi! I am looking to move back to the Charlottesville area soon from NC. I am in the background process for a job, so my moving date is pending due to that. I would prefer a two bedroom place, one is doable, but no studios! I would prefer to live alone because i am a super introvert when i am not occupied with my busy work schedule.   If you’re still looking for a place, I am trying to find a female to takeover my lease – it’s for one bedroom within a 3 bedroom house and the other two tenants are two female grad students in their late 20s. The rent is 1070 and includes almost all utilities except for Internet/Comcast (i.e., it includes water, trash, electricity, heat, etc.). I’m willing to reduce the cost to $1000 for the right fit for the house, though!
