I will be studying abroad in the Fall of the 2018-19 school year. Looking for someone (female) to sublet, possibly someone who graduates in December?

Location:
In Oxford Hill Apartments: (Grady and 14th/ Madison Ave)
3 bedroom appt (w/ two 4th year roommates), 1 1/2 bathroom. Room will be furnished (preferably looking for someone who is tidy.)

Rent: $493/mo. Utilities (electricity + cable/wifi): approx. $60/mo.

The location has three bus stops within 2 minutes of the door, both servicing the Outer Loop and Inner Loop routes, which will take you anywhere from Central Grounds, the UVA Hospital, the Corner, and many other areas around UVA. It is a 10 minute walk from the Corner, 15 to Grounds, so the apartment is great whether you prefer taking the bus or walking.

My apartment specifically, is directly connected to the MSC Mad House, which has a gym with cardio and weights, a large study area, a game room, free printers, TVs, and more, all of which is included by being a resident.

Again, the dates to sublet would be from Mid-August until December (before the spring semester begins).
