  I have a nice apartment on Chancellor street right off the Corner and UVA central grounds.
  
  1 Bathroom
  2 Bedrooms. (There is a bunk bed in one room. Hence, max 3 people)
  Common area/Kitchen with large table
  Washer/Dryer
  It is a basement but with windows due to the slope
  
  Total rent is $1370/mon
  Total utilities $40/mon for the whole place
  
  I am trying to live with my friends across the street, but my name is technically on the lease. I am looking for at least one subletter who is interested in living there the whole lease period Summer 2018-Spring 2018.
