  Hi, I am looking for female graduate student(s)/young professionals who want to sign for a new place for 2018/2019 academic year. I don’t have particular place in my mind yet but I am thinking of places with maximum rent around $700. I don’t have any pets but if you own dogs that’s fine with me (no cats please)
  If you’re looking for second/third roommate to take over your friend’s lease I would be happy to talk about it also!

  Hey Rachel! My name is Bailey and I’m also looking to spend less than $700 a month. I’ll be starting my 4th year as a graduate student in Audiology in June. I’m particularly interested in the Cambridge square apartments but I can be flexible.

  I am not a graduate student but my roommates and I will be 4th years next year. None of us will be resigning (because we are leaving) so the apartment would be completely yours! We have an apartment at the Pointe where each person gets their own big bedroom and bathroom. The Pointe is usually expensive but with four people it comes down to an awesome price of around 750 a month which is amazing for it’s amenities and location!
