I am looking for ONE female roommate to take over my lease for the Spring 2018 semester, or anywhere from December 2017 to June 2018 as I am graduating early!
You would have your own bedroom (FURNISHED) in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on WERTLAND STREET, right behind the corner. The room includes its own closet, sink/vanity, as well as desk to study on; living/dining room furniture is FURNISHED! The apartment includes a spacious FURNISHED kitchen, a relaxing patio, a new washer and dryer, and access to the MADHOUSE (community clubhouse) and its amenities (including a tanning booth, gym, lounge, computer/printing access, as well as pool/games)!
Above all you will have three wonderful, clean, and mindful roommates who we are very sad to leave, but know you will enjoy their company! Rent per person is $685 a month. If you would like more information or have any concerns, please message me for more details or pictures!
