Hello,
I’m subletting a bedroom in The Fred Apartments. It has a prime location; a 5 minute walk to the corner and a 12 minute walk to the center of grounds. The room itself is fully furnished, and you also have your own sink and vanity. The separated toilet/bath area is shared with one other person. You also have access to the washer/dryer, which is right next to the bedroom. There is a full kitchen, living area, and balcony. The apartment is shared with 3 friendly fourth year girls.
The Apartment is $750 per month including all utilities and a parking space, you also have access to the community recreation center, which has study rooms, free printing, a gym, and a pool when the weather permits.
