  I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a Preston Square apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious and you get your own bathroom and bedroom for only 610 rent a month. There is a bus stop right outside the door to take you to grounds. You would also be living with three great roommates. If you are interested, please contact me.

  With utilities and rent and everything it should be around 690 a month as of now. However, I believe I can talk to my roommates and negotiate the price down if that is not in your price range.
