Hi! I’m Allie. I’m a 23 year old female and work at UVA children’s hospital. I am looking for a roommate starting in July or August at Cambridge Square. Rent is $675/month plus utilities (typically between $60-$100 depending on the needs/time of year).

The lease is for a two story, two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse. It was remodeled in 2008, and includes hardwood flooring, upgraded kitchens (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), bathrooms, and washers and dryers in the unit. There is a fenced in patio out the back door and free off-street parking for both you and your visitors.

Other amenities include:
– pool
– MSC clubhouse across the street that includes- gym, study lounge, game room/ping pong table, computer lab, tanning bed, etc.
-Bus stop
-short walk to the Corner, Hospital, and University Grounds
– pet friendly with dog park on-site
