I am looking for a room starting July or before as my current lease ends in June. I am a young female professional working in downtown Charlottesville and I am highly interested in the JPA room as it is one of my preferred locations. I am clean, not OCD clean but like to keep the common areas clean enough and I work 9am-6pm on weekdays and mostly running errands or watching movies on weekends. I currently live at 1215 Wertland and enjoy going out for a walk or just to hangout at the lawn with a book to read.
