  The apartment is newly renovated and comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 parking spaces, and back porch. It’s located right on the Corner ten minutes from Grounds and the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are very spacious. I’m looking for three to four people to take over the lease for the 2017-2018 school year.

    Yes! July works fine! The lease runs from June 3, 2017 to June 2, 2018 but we can work something out if you don’t want to pay for the first month.
