Hello. I am leaving to my country and my apartment will be available all summer, May 1st through August 21st. I will put my personal items in one room. The apartment is furnished and will have one (master) bedroom, two full bathrooms, very spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony.
There is wifi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and central AC/heating. Great apartment, have been very happy with it.
Original rent is $940, but I am willing to take $800.
Utilities are not included. The sublessor will pay the monthly average rate. I will provide free parking in front of the unit.
