Greetings!

I have a 2 bedroom – 2 bath apartment in Cambridge Square and need a roommate around May 2017 (date is flexible). Rent will be $625 a month for a 10×11 bedroom and hall bathroom. My apartment has a patio, its own washer/dryer unit, and a dishwasher. I may need help furnishing the kitchen and living area once my current roommate moves out. Cambridge Square is just a 20 min walk to campus (super close to the Architecture School).

I am a clean and neat graduate student looking for a (clean & neat) female graduate student or professional to fill this room.
