I’m looking for someone to sublease my room at Ashtree townhomes. Ashtree is a 3 room, 1.5 bath townhome. The rent for the room is $550, and utilities are no more than $50 per person each month. The complex is walking distance to grounds, right on the IL/OL bus loop (ie. less than 10min to campus), walking distance to downtown, and on the city bus line too.

My two other roommates are both male; one is a UVA med student and the other is an architect (also UVA grad), in their mid-late 20’s. Both are very respectful and mind their own space/stuff, and are super chill and easy to live with. One of them has a super sweet older dog, and there is room for one more pet (dogs only, sorry!), if you want. Ashtree is very dog-friendly!
