Anyone taking classes or working in Charlottesville this summer? My roommate and I are subleasing our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for the entire summer and will sublease by class sessions as well. It at 417 Brandon Avenue right beside grounds and a 5 minute walk to the corner (super great for people taking a McIntire class or working in the hospital). We are moving our furniture out after graduation but I can leave the bedroom set in the small room. Rent is 533.50$ for the smaller room and 582.50$ for the larger bedroom or $1150 for the whole apartment if you rent with a friend, but negotiable!!
