I am moving out of my lovely 411 Brandon Ave apartment in May, but my lease ends in July. I am looking for someone to sub-lease or take over the lease. The rent is just under $900 a month and the water, heat, trash and gas are included.

My apartment has a livingroom, eat-in kitchen, and bedroom. It has 4 amazing closets! It is quaint with a lot of built in storage and cubbies. I think I have the cutest most spacious apartment in C’ville. I would attach pics but I don’t know how to on this forum. It is adorable, and best of all, quiet.
