Turnover Analyst

(Full Time Seasonal)

The Turnover Team inspects vacant apartments and generates work orders to restore all apartments to ‘like-new’ condition in order to obtain 100% new tenant satisfaction. Gain valuable experience in the property management industry working alongside maintenance technicians and property managers. This full-time internship in Charlottesville, VA is a great way to bolster your resume for those looking for a start in a Real Estate, Property Management, or Business career.
Turnover Analysts will report directly to the Turnover Manager and will be evaluated on organization, work ethic, and overall job performance. Analysts are responsible for inspecting vacant apartments and generating work orders for facilities teams and company contractors. Additional responsibilities include: assisting property managers with processing of security deposits, completing billing/credit items for resident accounts, and documenting apartment conditions prior to resident move-in. This is a fast paced position that is perfect for those looking a new challenge each day while working in a fun team environment. No prior knowledge of property management is necessary. Group training begins May 21st at our Main Office located at 780 Madison Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903.

Turnover Technician

(Full Time Seasonal)

Turnover Technicians are responsible for responding to work orders and performing general maintenance work to restore apartments to ‘like-new’ condition in order to obtain 100% new tenant satisfaction.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with hand tools
  • General knowledge of apartment or home repairs
  • Attention to detail

Salary: $11/hr

Must have own vehicle and cell phone. Candidates subject to a pre-employment drug test and a background check

Parts Technician

(Full Time Seasonal)

MSC Parts Technicians will assist the MSC Parts Manager with inventory control, sales and receiving. Parts Technicians are responsible for restocking technician turnover containers and delivering requested parts to Turnover Technicians at their work location.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
  • Vehicle to drive daily (mileage paid for work-related travel)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Full-time availability June 1-mid August

Salary: $11/hr

Pool Attendant

(Part-Time Seasonal)

MSC Pool Attendants are responsible for checking guest pool passes at our three community pools. Additionally, Pool Attendants are responsible for ensuring the pool area remains tidy and trash free, and that all plants in the pool area are watered daily. Pool Attendants report daily to the property managers

Salary: $10/hr

Qualified applicants must be able to work flexible hours. Weekend work is required.

Clubhouse Attendant

(Part-Time Seasonal)

MSC Clubhouse Attendants work within the MadHouse to assist residents with gym equipment, printers, and tanning booth. Additionally, Clubhouse Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse, as well as ensuring that all MadHouse rules and regulations are adhered to by residents.

Salary: $10/hr

Qualified applicants must be able to work flexible hours. Weekend work is required.
