Parking Policy: Residents of Wellington Court receive one complimentary parking space per apartment– the complimentary parking space is assigned & designated to your particular apartment (the parking sticker for this assigned space is complimentary as well). Residents may sign up for an additional unmarked parking space(s) through a first-come, first-served parking registration system for a fee of $35/month.

Utilities: Water, sewer & trash are all included in a reasonable utility fee!
