4. What is a contingency lease?
A contingency lease is a lease signed prior to our renewal deadline. It is dependent on the current resident's renewal of the apartment. If the current resident does not renew their lease for the following year prior to the deadline the contingency lease becomes valid. If the current resident does renew, we will try to place you into another unit that is available. This is based on a first come first serve basis.
